Hi there! 👋

I’m Fariya, a Product Leader with over half a decade of experience at high-growth startups in health tech and software development platforms.

One of the things I'm most proud of is building the entire customer web app experience for Legacy (YC S19), where I ran growth experiments that increased LTV by 2.6x. I also brought an AI app to its first market, Pharma, and helped achieve product-market fit at Winterlight Labs (now acquired). Most recently, I built self-serve workflows for freemium users at Crowdbotics (Series B startup) that allowed customers to onboard 3x faster, and increased subscriptions.

Before I discovered my passion for building products, I worked as a neuroscientist, backend software developer, and business development lead.

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work with, and learn from, some of the most talented people in the industry. That experience helped me realize two truths about myself: that I achieve the most impressive results when I rally a team with a shared vision; and that I feel most fulfilled when I can mentor tech folks in Product and Growth. That's why I spent much of 2023 coaching (1) Product Managers interested in 0 to 1 product work and growth experiments, and (2) Startup founders interested in building their product organizations.
